**REPORTS TO: VP of Marketing & Customer Experience.**

**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plans, develops, creates, and executes marketing campaigns and materials about technical topics for aviation mechanics, pilots, owners, and other technical audiences.
- Writes content for sales sheets, spec sheets, video, case studies, social posts, and other content formats.
- Gathers and prepares data on competitors and analyzes their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
- Conducts market research to identify concerns and priorities in business aviation.
- Monitors industry statistics and follows trends in trade literature and other relevant sources.
- Measures the effectiveness or marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
- Forecasts and tracks marketing and sales trends; provides analytical feedback.
- Tradeshow support.
- Other projects as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus in marketing, aviation, and/or business administration.
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with senior management, team members, customers, and other stakeholders; Demonstrates a high level of engagement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to produce content quickly.
- Excellent understanding of current social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Adaptability, creativity, and familiarity with contemporary marketing trends.
- Project management skills, including goal setting and timeline management.
- Aviation-industry experience preferred.
- This position is open to applicants living in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and Mississauga.
