**OUR ADMISSIONS TEAM**
Our Admissions Team is comprised of student recruitment specialists who play a pivotal role in our ability to successfully attract, assess, and enroll mission appropriate students. Committed to excellence, the team’s ability to combine creativity, data-driven insights, the latest sales and recruitment practices and a genuine passion for connecting with families is the foundation for our success in continually attracting and retaining students who thrive in Appleby’s dynamic school culture.

**THE ROLE**
- Interview, assess and make recommendations on the admissibility of applicants
- Being the point of contact for Centennial Scholars program Admissions
- Work with the Executive Director to implement the school’s student recruitment and admissions strategies including the school’s goals for diversity and inclusivity
- Prepare profiles of all incoming students and distribute them to the School Directors
- Follow-up with new students and families to ensure a smooth transition to the school
- Coordinate and develop relationships with any relevant professionals locally
- Liaise and communicate with school Directors and Guidance for student retention
- Travel locally, domestically and internationally to recruit and meet potential students, families as well as meeting with current parents, alumni, agents and others as required
**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Post-secondary education required or related experience
- Previous experience in Admissions or in a related field
- Excellent customer service, people skills and relationship building skills
- Multi-tasking, great attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Strong initiative, follow-up & tracking skills
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and within a team environment
- Excellent writing & communication skills
- Organization, flexibility, and energy, with the ability to prioritize a complex and dynamic set of activities
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office suite (including Outlook)
- Willing to travel locally, domestically and internationally
