**Job description**:
**Your Tasks**

Reporting to the Transportation Director, the applicant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to existing transport-for-hire companies and insurers. In collaboration with the account manager on file, the executive broker carries out various tasks and follow-ups with customers, and actively participates in file placement and negotiation with insurers.
- Prepare documents required for renewals and new business;
- Negotiate insurance conditions with insurers;
- Analyze conditions of quotes or policies and prepare presentation for customers;
- Coordinate billing and insurance certificate requests with technical analysts;
- Handle customer requests in support of the Account Manager;
- Analyze customer contracts and other documents to identify insurance issues;
- Ensure that respective follow-ups are made with customers and insurers to obtain required documentation in a timely manner;
- Ensure that policyholder queries are dealt with promptly.

**Job Requirement**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or as an insurer in the property and casualty insurance field (preferably in commercial automobile or trucking insurance);
- Knowledge of the trucking industry (transportation of goods) or curiosity and desire to learn more about this field;
- A valid AMF commercial lines license;
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and initiative;
- Thorough knowledge of the Office suite;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Commitment to excellent customer service. Customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Asset - Bilingual English-French (written and spoken)
