**Sobre el rol**

El Warehouse Specialist es principalmente, responsable de optimizar las operaciones del almacén. Este puesto también es responsable de iniciar y/o implementar acciones correctivas según sea necesario para garantizar que se mantenga un excelente nível de servicio y un alto nível de satisfacción del cliente mediante el desempeño de las siguientes funciones

**¿Cómo será tu día a día?**
- Recoger y empacar artículos para envío de acuerdo con las políticas/procedimientos de la empresa.
- Etiquetar todos los envíos salientes con la etiqueta FedEx correcta.
- Reabastecimiento de estantes diariamente.
- Organizar los materiales de embalaje diariamente.
- Participando con conteo de inventario.
- Carga y descarga de embarques.
- Verificación de cantidades de artículos recibidos de envíos semanales a España.
- Informar discrepancias de inventario a través de los canales adecuados.
- Reportar la baja disponibilidad de POP y todos los materiales de empaque (cajas, cajas de empaque, etiquetas FedEx y otros materiales de empaque) a través de los canales correspondientes.
- Mantener un almacén limpio en todo momento.

**Otras tareas**
- Ayudar en la formación de nuevos empleados.
- Realización de otras funciones que le sean asignadas.

**¿Cómo nos gustaría que fueras?**
- Capaz de trabajar en un horario flexible para incluir fines de semana y días festivos.
- Se requiere más de 1 año de experiência en almacén o capacidad de mesa de ayuda.
- Sentido de integridad altamente desarrollado y compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente.
- Pasión demostrada por la excelencia con respecto al trato y cuidado de los clientes.
- Oficina del Conocimiento
- Muy apreciado conocimiento de SAP.

**Requisitos físicos**

Con frecuencia se requiere que el empleado se ponga de pie; alcanzar con las manos y los brazos y agacharse, arrodillarse, agacharse o gatear.

Ocasionalmente deberás levantar y/o mover hasta 40 libras.
