As a VP - Relationship Manager you will be successful by understanding the challenges and hurdles of the industry, and how the Rabobank can support the customer.

The VP - Relationship Manager will focus on developing individual relationships with primary producers in the Saskatchewan, Canada territory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and expand a network of relevant internal and external relations (e.g., appraisers, attorneys, CPAs, agricultural retailers, product buyers, bankers, title companies, realtors, and educators).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of client/prospect agriculture industry.
- Contribute to the development of lead generation for the own area or client group.
- Move the loan through the Customer Team, in accordance with the Stages of the Sales Process.

- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
- Must be located in Saskatchewan.
- Must have 5 years of experience.
- Ability to travel regionally, up to 50%.

**Target Hiring Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 CAD**
