Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and responsible Amazon E-commerce Operations Assistant (Pre-Sales) to join our team. This role will primarily focus on creating and optimizing product listings, maintaining the store, managing advertising campaigns, and formulating product sales strategies on the Amazon platform. The goal is to enhance product visibility, click-through rates, and conversion rates, driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Product Listing Creation and Optimization:
Responsible for listing new products, writing high-quality product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and A+ content.
Optimize existing product listings, including keyword optimization, image enhancement, and content updates to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to adjust optimization strategies and ensure product competitiveness.

2. Store Maintenance:
Manage daily operations of the Amazon store to ensure smooth running.
Regularly check and optimize store ratings and customer feedback to maintain high store credibility.

3. Advertising Management and Optimization:
Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other ad types.
Regularly monitor ad performance data, optimize and adjust campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI).
Analyze ad data to identify and leverage new promotion opportunities, increasing product visibility and sales.

4. Product Sales Strategy Optimization:
Formulate product sales strategies and promotional plans based on market trends and sales data.
Assist in formulating and executing product pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
Analyze sales data, propose improvements, and enhance overall sales performance.

5. Customer Service and Pre-Sales Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and questions, providing professional product information and purchase recommendations.
Handle customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback to improve product and service quality.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in E-commerce, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Amazon operations or e-commerce customer service preferred.
3. Skills:
Familiar with Amazon platform rules and operational processes, with strong data analysis skills.
Proficient in product listing optimization techniques, capable of independently handling product listing and optimization.
Experienced in Amazon advertising management and optimization strategies.
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle customer issues and complaints efficiently.
Good English reading and writing skills for basic communication with overseas customers.
Proficient in Office software, especially Excel.
Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
