**About us**

Specialized Merchandising Operations is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to aid in general office duties including helping maintain our online sales channels such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Organization is a **must** - this job involves managing many little parts that make up the greater picture. Must be able to stay focused and work within the frequent distractions of a B2C environment.

We're a small team running an online business in North America where everyone wears multiple hats and is a self-starter, taking the initiative to move our collective agenda forward. We look to you to work smart and be a creative and efficient problem solver. While this position will be trained on all aspects of the job, there are certain requirements that must be met to be considered.

Main Responsibilities:

- Creating & Maintaining product listing including images, descriptions, pricing and shipping policies on Amazon, and other Marketplaces and our website efficiently and regularly
- Optimize keywords in titles and descriptions and implement updates (SEO), Pay-per-click (PPC)
- Running split-tests (A/B tests) to optimize price points, conversion rates, sales, etc.
- Analyzing our product performance, growth, and competitive positioning in the market on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Analyzing competition in existing and new markets
- Develop eye-catching designs for various marketing collateral, including but not limited to listing, social media, catalogue, and our website.
- Coordinating with the Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Google Adword Advertising team regarding changes to products staying current on cutting-edge strategies and algorithm changes
- Building our own website on Shopify
- Create reports, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data, like revenues, expenses and competition.
- Develop shareable content for social media platforms and execute all social tactics to increase followers (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong understanding in E-Commerce
- Positive can-do attitude and professional demeanor
- Minimum 1-year experience with e-commerce marketing
- Minimum 1-year experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok)
- Post-secondary education in marketing management or equivalent preferred
- Background in SEO and driving on-page improvements to ensure improved search engine rankings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail & timelines
- Excellent eye for designs, and graphic design tool experience (such as Adobe and Canva) is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team environment

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
