- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Create Purchase orders, work orders, and schedule technicians
- Review and monitor open work orders and communicate any discrepancy to the related department
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns
- coordinate with different warehouses regarding inventory and parts
- Coordinate with accounting, sales and clients, to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Assist all related departments, with account management activities, as needed

Experience'''
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or service coordinator role
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with financial services industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to support client success-Bilingualism, French and English

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
