$17 per hour What's the Job? Contact patients via phone to check-in on their therapy status and assist with ordering supplies.
Handle inbound customer orders for medical supplies and address inquiries regarding products and services.
Provide first line technical and clinical assistance, escalating issues as necessary.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate client account records.
Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
What's Needed? Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
