Regional Sales Manager

Fortify Security Inc. is a local venture operating in western Canada, striving to offer high-quality home and business security services at an affordable rate. We are TELUS trusted provider and are licensed to offer TELUS services to residential clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Build, support and facilitate sales teams.
- Develop a sales growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Explore opportunities for building partnerships/collaborations and arrange business meetings with prospective partners/affiliates.
- Arrange and run meetings with potential partners and affiliates.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the telecom industry.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Google spreadsheet and CRM software.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in middle management role.
- Have a proven track record of generating and closing sales, especially in home security industry.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

**Salary**: $73,000.00-$102,532.41 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
