Job Overview
The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary contact for domestic customers. The sales representative advises customers on CVS products, determines product/equipment required as per customer needs and creates work orders accurate to customer specifications. The sales representative monitors orders to its completion and provides post-sales customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide customer service to walk-in customers.
- Ensure customer needs are met throughout sales process.
- Determine and advise customer on appropriate product or equipment for customer needs.
- Prepare customer quotations, work orders and packing slips.
- Monitor orders and update customer as necessary.
- Liaise with multiple departments to ensure orders are accurate and completed as requested by customer.
- File quotes and work orders.
- Provide technical support to customer and follow-up on solutions.
- Assume other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Sales experience or a combination of technical education and experience.
- Extensive product knowledge.
- Understanding of technical problems.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn software (EPICOR).
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

**Drug and Alcohol Testing**: CVS Controls is committed to maintaining a safe and drug free work environment. Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is a mandatory requirement for all prospective employees.
All testing procedures will be conducted by a third party in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, test results will be shared internally on a need to know basis only.
