Victoria, Canada Hotel Grand Pacific Full time

Hotel Grand Pacific boasts a range of outstanding outlets including our gorgeous FATHOM Restaurant, cozy Courtyard Café, and 10,000 square feet of stunning banquet space for hosting various functions. We’re looking for an experienced pastry enthusiast to join our Kitchen team and prepare a range of delightful desserts and pastries.

This is a full-time position. Shifts will primarily be from 6am-2:30pm, including on weekends.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3 years of pastry experience that ideally includes preparation for banquet functions
- Culinary education preferred
- Food Safe certificate (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated creativity, with a passion for growing in the field
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Outstanding team player who is receptive to feedback
- Accountable with a high level of integrity and professionalism
