LMC Soins et Santé (LMC) est le plus important fournisseur de soins spécialisés en matiere de diabète, en endocrinologie et en métabolisme au Canada. Nous transformons les soins du diabète en les rendant plus que jamais, accessibles, complets et centrés sur le patient. LMC compte 13 centres d'excellence multidisciplinaires et 22 sites de recherche clinique situés dans quatre provinces (Ontario, Alberta, et Québec). Plus de 60 endocrinologues, dont plusieurs sont reconnus nationalement pour leurs domaines d'expertise, appuyés par une équipe interdisciplinaire d'administrateurs de cabinets médicaux hautement qualifiés, d'assistants médicaux, d'infirmières autorisées, de diététistes, d'adjoints au médecin, de pharmaciens, d'optométristes, d'opticiens, Podologues et de professionnels de la recherche clinique.

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’une **Gestionnaire de Clinique** à temps plein, pour nos bureaux situés à **LMC Montréal VSL**.

**Les responsabilités**:

- Agir comme principale interface administrative avec le personnel et les fournisseurs de tous les programmes
- Former et superviser l'équipe administrative et agir comme leur premier point de contact pour les questions/demandes
- Responsable du développement continu, de l'évaluation régulière et de la résolution des problèmes potentiels de dotation
- Gérer les horaires du personnel pour assurer une couverture efficace des tâches assignées
- Organiser des réunions d’équipe, rapporter les résultats à la direction
- Responsable de couvrir tous les rôles administratifs, au besoin
- Assister les ressources humaines dans le recrutement, l'embauche et l'orientation
- Gérer les problèmes/plaintes des patients et des fournisseurs, en les transmettant au directeur des opérations, au besoin
- Gestion des plannings des prestataires pour assurer productivité et efficacité
- Fournir les informations requises au préposé à la facturation pour effectuer la facturation médicale et les rejets de réclamations, le cas échéant
- Autres tâches et rôles administratifs assignés
- Participer à divers projets assignés

**Prérequis**:

- BS en administration des soins de santé ou dans un domaine connexe d'une université accréditée, est considéré comme un atout
- Études postsecondaires dans un programme d'administration de cabinet médical certifié ou 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en cabinet médical et/ou diplôme d'assistant de cabinet médical
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la direction et l'encadrement de personnel
- 2 à 3 ans et plus à la tête des opérations cliniques dans un environnement de soins de santé (la pratique multisite est un atout)
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles, organisationnelles et excellentes compétences en communication
- Solides compétences en supervision pour superviser efficacement le personnel de première ligne
- Solides compétences en matière de processus et de flux de travail pour assurer la fiabilité et la cohérence qui conduisent aux résultats attendus
- Aptitude à faire preuve d'initiative, de jugement, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision
- Maîtrise de la gestion du changement, de la gestion des parties prenantes et de la gestion/résolution des conflits.
- Aptitude à établir des relations de confiance avec les médecins, les cliniciens, la direction et le personnel de première ligne
- Adepte de la planification, de l'organisation, de la délégation et de la supervision
- Capacité à gérer et à soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration des processus
- Maîtrise des systèmes Microsoft Office et EMR (l'expérience d'Accuro est considérée comme un atout)
- Maîtrise de la mesure de divers signes vitaux tels que la pression artérielle manuelle et le pouls (considéré comme un atout)
- Connaissance des pratiques médicales et de la terminologie
- Compétences en communication bilingue (anglais/français ; oral/écrit)
- Nécessité d'avoir un permis de conduire valide avec accès à un véhicule personnel.
- Doit être en mesure de se rendre sur tous les sites désignés et avoir la capacité de se rendre sur tous les sites LMC, au besoin
