**Qui recherchons-nous ?**

GHD est à la recherche d'un **Chef d’équipe - Infrastructures urbaines **pour se joindre à notre pratique nord-américaine en pleine croissance. Ce poste peut être basé dans l'un de nos bureaux de la grande région de Montréal ( **Laval, Montréal **ou **Brossard **), avec la possibilité de travailler à distance en mode hybride.

Si vous êtes un professionnel motivé, doté d'excellentes capacités techniques, de compétences en matière de gestion et de leadership, et que vous souhaitez diriger une équipe de professionnels effectuant un travail de pointe dans le domaine du génie civil dans un contexte de développement industriel, commercial, institutionnel et municipal, alors il s'agit d'une excellente occasion à explorer

Vous serez entre autres appelé à encadrer une équipe dans l’atteinte des cibles en matière de revenus et de croissance, ainsi que fournir un support au directeur de groupe avec le développement et la mise en œuvre des plans d’affaires.

**Au sein d'une équipe énergique et performante, ce poste vous appellera à**:

- Encadrer, développer et travailler étroitement avec son équipe afin d’atteindre les critères de performance établies pour le groupe d’affaire pour des projets du **_domaine du génie civil _**dans le cadre de travaux d’aménagements extérieurs et de réseaux techniques enfouis ou de surface **_touchant notamment à la distribution et la collecte des eaux, la gestion efficace et responsable des eaux de ruissellement, et ce pour nos clients des secteurs industriel, commercial, institutionnel et municipal; _**:

- Inspirer un environnement collaboratif afin de favoriser l’engagement, le développement et la rétention du groupe sous sa responsabilité;
- Collaborer avec les autres chefs d'équipe, les responsables des marchés régionaux de l'environnement, les responsables des lignes de services et les responsables des groupes d'affaires pour soutenir les projets multidisciplinaires impliquant le génie civil comme discipline d’expertise dans le cadre de projets à l’intérieur de notre région de l’est du Canada, dans le reste de l’Amérique du Nord et à l'étranger;
- Encadrer une équipe engagée et motivée de professionnels en **ingénierie civil spécialisée en infrastructures urbaines et en gestion des eaux **pour fournir des résultats et des solutions de haute qualité pour nos différents clients;
- Participer au développement des affaires en participant à des conférences et événements de l’industrie et en contribuant activement à la recherche, à l'obtention et à la réalisation de projets;
- Appuyer et respecter les exigences du système de gestion en santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE) de GHD;
- Soutenir l'élaboration de propositions afin de remporter des contrats ciblés, qui tirent parti des capacités et de la proposition de valeur de GHD;
