**The opportunity**
Unity is seeking a Marketplace Partnerships & Operations Lead to strategize and grow our Partnerships programs and to oversee the Publisher community within the Unity Asset Store. In this role, you will have the chance to work on the largest gaming asset marketplace that millions of creators depend on to build their games. Impressively, over 75% of mobile games on the market today are powered by Unity, and you will be a critical part of that ecosystem.

As the Marketplace Partnerships & Operations Lead, you will lead a team responsible for acquiring and account managing Publishers & Partners part of the Asset Store and working closely to ensure they are successful in selling on the Asset Store.

You'll work closely with internal teams that support the Asset Store, such as Sales, Product and Engineering, Support, Legal, and more. This collaboration is key to ensuring the Publisher & Partner community operates successfully. You will also have the opportunity to interact with Partners and Publishers to directly understand and action their needs.

**What you'll be doing**
- Overall accountability for Publisher and Partner program, from overall strategy to Partner Account Management to Publisher Support on the Asset Store
- Lead the alignment of Publisher & Partner strategic initiatives to ensure seamless integration with Unity's third-party marketplace objectives. Oversee the development and execution of new initiatives, promoting cohesive collaboration and cross-functional alignment to support Unity's overall strategic goals.
- Revamp our Verified Solutions program working in close partnership with Unity Engine leadership, identifying feature gaps in the Engine that can be fulfilled by third-party assets and solutions
- Establish and maintain clear standards and requirements (e.g., quality, documentation, compatibility) for Partners & Publishers to list on the Asset Store, focusing on what users care about and need most and implement processes for monitoring and enforcement
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Legal, and other internal teams to improve Publisher & Partner experience and support their growth

**What we're looking for**
- Familiarity with Unity Engine and the Unity ecosystem or the gaming industry
- Experience with partnership account management and managing external partnerships
- Demonstrated experience leading a team with a proven track record of people management
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing senior executives.
