Surrey, Canada SureCold Refrigerated Storage Full time

SureCold Refrigerated Storage requires a People and Culture Administrator for our Surrey, BC warehouse location.

**Nature of Position**: Monday to Friday, shift schedule to be determined

**What You’ll Do**:
As our People and Culture Administrator you will be responsible for performing a variety of support functions for the HR department such as full-cycle recruitment, employee orientations and onboarding, supporting the health and safety team and the compliance of OH&S programs, composing internal and external communications, and other administrative support tasks as required.

**You Will**:

- Support in the recruiting process by postings jobs, complete screening interviews, and assist in the selection process
- Assist in the delivery of 3/6/12 month reviews
- Administer baseline skill assessment testing
- Perform orientation and 30/60/90 day reviews for new employees
- Maintain HR records and ensure strict confidentiality of employee information
- Help to ensure organization wide compliance with policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
- Participate on the Joint OH&S committee and maintain required compliance and training files
- Oversee training matrix, assignments and ensure completion of required trainings
- Distribute HR policies, procedures and memorandums to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization.
- Manage internal cleaning contract
- Complete weekly orders including office supply and grocery orders
- Organize employee appreciation and team building events
- Performing office duties as required

**What You Need to Get the Job Done**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field an asset
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a human resources or administrative role preferred
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all time
- Strong attention to detail
- Very organized, with excellent multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
