**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for various administrative tasks
- Assist with the preparation, coordination and delivery of New Hire Orientation and various training programs to all employees at various levels within the organization as required
- Responsible for the maintenance of all HR & Safety forms
- Responsible for assisting in the full range of human resources services, including recruitment, employee assistance, and data entry.
- Assist the HR and hiring managers in the booking and organization of interviews
- Responsible for tracking and scheduling training
- Assisting in the preparation of Performance Reviews of all hourly associates
- Assist with Attendance and Discipline program
- Assist in monthly Meetings
- Prepares appropriate health and safety reports, conducts health and safety concerns and issues and attends operations meetings to review health & safety concerns and issues
- Assist in the identification of training needs for employees and develop and deliver training as required
- Prepares reports detailing health and safety issues by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Presents reports and suggestions for improvement
**Job Requirements**
Post-Secondary Education / Certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field
Construction Industry experience would be an asset
1 - 2 years’ experience in Human Resources
Strong computer skills (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of current legislation (OHSA, Employment Standards Act, Ontario Human Rights Code, WSIB, MOL and others)
Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
