iA Financial Group is looking for an Employee Experience Advisor to support the programs that make a difference in the careers of over 9,000 employees.

You will be part of a team dedicated to implementing our flexible work environment, supporting the company's cultural evolution and various major projects to create a distinctive employee experience.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Take charge of the employee experience aspects of projects within the framework of the Work From Anywhere (WFA) program. More specifically, you will:

- Participate in the rollout of our innovative flexible work environment in our Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and U.S. offices
- Participate in the reflection on, development and implementation of strategies to promote and advance our hybrid work practices.
- In line with the priorities of the employee experience team:

- Contribute to the development of our programs in terms of flexible working hours in collaboration with the existing project team
- Contribute to or take charge of initiatives arising from our employee value proposition
- Act as a resource person with our partners to coordinate employee experience initiatives and activities
- Monitor best practices and new trends in employee experience in the marketplace

**Desired profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration or another relevant field
- 5 years of wide-ranging experience in human resources (experience in a role related to employee experience a strong asset)
- Experience working in “project” mode
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with internal and external French
- and English-speaking colleagues or partners across Canada and the United States
- Analytical skills, ability to synthesize and creativity
- Interest in and ability to work within matrix teams
