Event Rental Coordinator

We are looking to hire a **Event Rental Coordinator** in the event rental industry. This person will be the first point of contact for all rental inquiries. This person will provide customers with rental options for their event in a friendly and professional manner.
This position is a full-time position reporting to the General Manager, based at 12 South Landing Drive.
**Who we are: Collective **is a collective group providing rentals for all aspects of an event from decor to tableware, furniture to chairs; having everything in one spot to make an event effortless.
**Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Manage and consult all aspects of rental bookings including needs assessment, quoting, and contract development.
- Coordinate with Dispatch Coordinator on scheduling delivery and pickups
- Resolve customer problems and answer questions
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Perform daily audits of open contracts and call overdue rentals.
- Arrange payments and send confirmations with appropriate materials /information to rental clients
- Collect deposits, payment and record credit charges by maintaining a customer file and balancing daily sales receipts.
**What you will need**
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer service is required
- Proficiency with computers and standard software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to deal with constant interactions with the public
- At times will be required to work overtime, evenings, weekends.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
