We are looking to hire a **Warehouse Associate/Equipment Prep **to join our team during our busy season

The **Warehouse Associate/Equipment Prep **who will be responsible for expediting the turnaround of rental equipment/items such as but not limited to chairs, tables, furniture and tents. In this role, you will clean, repair, and maintain our inventory items to ensure that equipment/items meet company standards for client orders. This person will also be responsible in maintaining an organized and tidy workspace.

This is a seasonal position working full-time hours for approx 3 - 4 months reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, based at 12 South Landing Drive.

**Who we are: Collective **was re-launched in September 2020 (formerly known as C&T Event Rentals and Bel-Ayre). We are a collective group providing rentals for all aspects of an event from decor to tableware, furniture to chairs; having everything in one spot to make an event effortless.

**Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock to be placed on racks, shelves or in bins according to company standards
- Conduct quality control/inspection checks to make sure items meet company standards
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Operate carts, dollies, tow motors, pallet jacks and other moving equipment as needed in order to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse when necessary

**What you will need**
- A high school diploma/GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a rental industry is an asset
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long period of time as well as lift, carry, push or pull, up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and possess strong time management skill.
- At times will be required to work overtime, evenings, weekends.
- Possess a valid driver’s license in good standard and a clean driver’s abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 - 4 months

Pay: $15.80-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
