**Position: Jr. Estimator**

**We are currently seeking a Jr. Estimator for Commercial Flat Roofing. Ideal graduate with Postgraduate in Estimation, Commercial Flat Roofing, Architectural Sheet Metal, Construction Management and or Project Management would be an asset.**

Report to the General Manager
- Work with Management, Project Manager ,Service/Maintenance coordinator to develop service and maintenance opportunities
- Develop regular scheduled maintenance programs
- Maintain existing and build relationships with new clients
- Prepare accurate maintenance service reports and recommendations
- Follow up with clients with full picture and written reports along with accurate estimates
- Prepare work orders and complete customer paperwork
- Prepare and give instructions to service technicians
- Prepare and give sales presentations for small groups
- Order materials and supplies as required

**Requirements**:

- Must be personable, client-driven and be able to present yourself in a professional manner
- Knowledge of computers and basic programs, MS Office and Excel based programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Physically able to set up ladders and access roofs.
- Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems would be an asset.
- Valid Drivers licence
- 1-2 years of commercial roofing and or on-site construction experience would be an asset.
