Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Carl’s Jr. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure a welcoming work environment for customers and employees alike.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment

This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Term

This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
