**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to serve as the liaison for the customer. Specifically:

- schedule customer vehicle service, maintenance, and repair, ensuring proper service shop flow
- dispatch vehicle maintenance work to Technicians
- process warrantable repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
- as required to support the Service Advisors, sell recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers, while providing thorough and expert details and explanations; overcome objections
- explain the nature of vehicle work and associated costs (materials, supplies, and labor); answer customers’ questions

**About you**
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- proficiency in working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds)
- ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
