The **Sales and Catering Manager** role will work closely with the sales team and directly with the Director of Sales to achieve the targets set by the General Manager and executive leadership.

The Sales and Catering Manager is accountable for developing new business, lateral development of existing accounts, and contacting new customers in the market. They ensure event details are arranged properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
