Grow and Share is a one-stop platform for cannabis enthusiasts to swap strains, save money, meet like-minded people, and discover amazing deals. We're expanding in the Toronto area and seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Managers. If you’re a self-sufficient leader with a proven track record in outside sales and team management, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while earning a competitive commission.
We are hiring three **Outside Sales Managers** to lead and build teams across Toronto and the GTA. This is a pivotal role responsible for not only building your own sales team but also training, managing, and driving performance. Your primary objective is to pitch the Grow and Share app to consumers and convert them into premium members.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Building**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents.
- **Leadership & Management**: Develop KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure your team meets or exceeds targets.
- **Daily Sales**: Actively pitch the features of the Grow and Share app to consumers and convert them into premium members ($70-$95 annually).
- **Training & Skill Transfer**: Lead by example by closing consumer deals and transferring those skills to your team.
- **Retail Sales (Once Proven)**: After demonstrating your ability to close consumer deals and effectively lead your team, you will gain the opportunity to close retail sales, earning 40% commission (average sale $560).
**Compensation**:
- **Consumer Sales**: 75% commission on every premium membership sold, with memberships ranging from $70 to $95 annually.
- **Retail Sales**: 40% commission on retailer sales (average sale $560), awarded after demonstrating effective leadership and team success.
**Requirements**:
- **Strong Sales Skills**: Proven background in outside sales, with a focus on high conversion rates.
- **Management Experience**: Previous experience leading and managing a team, including setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- **Self-Sufficiency**: Able to work independently and manage your own time without close supervision.
- **Availability**: Must be available to support your agents day and night.
- **Organized & Ambitious**: Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- **Outgoing & Personable**: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
**Training**:
Training is mínimal due to the simplicity of the position. We’ll provide you with a comprehensive look at the company, at-home training manuals, and set you up with a manager for a day in the field. After that, you’ll be responsible for running your own operation. We need quick learners who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
