**About The Longevity Lab**

The Longevity Lab is an integrative health clinic in the Crowfoot area. We are building a team of professionals who have an interest in health optimization and longevity medicine.

**About the Position**

We are looking for energetic, confident, and team-oriented patient care coordinator to join our team on a casual basis to cover vacations, personal time offs, and during fully booked clinic days. For applicants who have background or interest in marketing / managing social media, we are able to offer more hours / set number of hours per week.

Our clinic is open Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure optimal patient care through friendly, enthusiastic and professional service with all patients and team members
- Answer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns
- Assist patients with scheduling and confirming appointments, completing necessary forms and documentation
- Process payments including direct billing
- Faxing, scanning and filing of documentation
- Booking and maintaining appointments / schedules for 8+ health care providers
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic throughout the day including sanitizing patient area, high touch points, etc.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook Exchange)
- Familiarity with Jane App is an asset
- Exceptional telephone skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous work experience in a health clinic
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Patient-focused with a professional attitude
