**URGENTLY HIRING**

We are looking for a **full-time office administrator** to join our team. This role is entirely administrative; we are seeking someone who is highly organized and good with time management to help support our small, but busy, team. One-on-one experience as a personal assistant is an asset.

**Tasks**
- Data entry, updating files and folders
- Virtual Office organization (Organizing and updating files in Google Drive, Gmail, Trello and Dropbox)
- Inputting, updating, and merging large contact lists across online platforms (Excel, Google, etc.)
- Help to eradicate office inefficiencies (technology & organization based solutions)
- Review, prioritize, and organizing online correspondences
- Putting together effective marketing materials and posting them online
- Lead generation and conversion connected to marketing
- Ordering office supply inventory and marketing materials, as required
- Creating manuals and checklists to insure maximum service is provided

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in typing
- Able to learn how to use new online platforms quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written/presentation communication
- Excellent English reading, writing, and oral communication
- Good at working in a fast paced environment with many tasks on the go at once

**Salary**: $16.55-$29.39 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
