Pay rate $23.00 Per Hour

**What You'll Do**

The Parking Maintenance staff performs a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client's expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the Parking Maintenance staff is responsible for general maintenance and repair of parking equipment. The Parking Maintenance staff works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that standards are met at all times.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)**:

- Ensure general maintenance of equipment by repairing equipment and maintaining equipment in good working order.
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the maintenance manager.
- Sign installations, removals, and fixtures (fallen signs, graffiti removal, etc)
- Coordinate with meter team to install and remove parking meters and required hardware.
- Deploy, install, and remove hardware (wheel stops, posts, jersey barriers, meter bases, barricades, etc.)
- Report broken equipment, signage, suspicious activity, etc. to maintenance manager.
- Interact with customers, provide customer services where necessary
- Ensure the company provided vehicles are in good condition, are cleaned regularly and issues are communicated as they are identified.
- Prepare and complete work orders daily.
- Report daily performed tasks at end of day.
- Provide training/coaching to new hires.
- Regular inventory checks to ensure enough supplies are on hand
- Landscaping (tree pruning, weed removal, grass cutting, painting, etc.)
- Always communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
- Ability to work in all-weather conditions - sun, rain, snow, heat, and dust.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What We Want From You**:
At least 18 years of age

Valid Class 5 Driver's license required (MVR will be performed)

General Maintenance

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
Move around the property by walking for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of shift
Occasionally position self in order to perform maintenance and repair tasks by bending or stooping
Perform maintenance tasks by occasionally climbing and reaching
Occasionally lift and carry maintenance equipment and machinery, up to 50 lbs.
