**Position Summary**

We are looking for a results driven, proven customer and team centric individual who can lead our Supply Chain FP&A Team. The focus for the team is to support our Supply Chain partners with planning, forecasting and analysis, CBA preparation, finance oversight of cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives, financial modeling and analytics for new strategic initiatives, collaboration cross-functional stakeholders to integrate savings into annual and long range planning activities.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage the preparation of annual budget, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
- Maintain and build appropriate models to assist with analysis and reporting
- Monitor results versus budget/forecast and provide thorough analysis and investigation into the variances while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Partner with key stakeholders to support decision making through analytics and insightful reporting
- Coach and provide objectives to the team to ensure personal development that helps foster career growth opportunities
- Manage monthly review process, validation of savings of operational efficiency initiatives
- Manage ad hoc business and finance requests, including deep dive analysis, report building, transformative company projects around technology/data
- Interpret data, key trends, and metrics to better understand business drivers and correlate drivers to financial results
- Provide meaningful and actionable commentary on results to the senior leadership team regarding both financial and operational matters
- Develop and present information while facilitating decision making at various levels within the organization to both financial and non-financial stakeholders

**What you’ve done**
- University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA) or certification (CPA, CFA) considered an asset
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience (distribution/operational knowledge considered an asset)
- Success building, leading, and inspiring a high-performing team around a compelling vision
- Solid understanding of financial statements and modeling
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to “connect the dots” while also understanding how to operationalize strategic direction and prioritize to get things done
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills; ability to communicate complex information in an executive format and use art and science to tell a compelling story
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; can see a problem from multiple angles and provide viable, innovative options for resolution
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (experience with PowerBI, SQL, HFM, Smartview considered an asset)
