As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of a team that directly impacts our company’s mission of providing best-in-class service. The Customer Service team operates in a fast-paced environment and is an integral part of our daily operations. In this role, the Customer Service Agent handles service-related customer calls and provides cross-functional support for our Operations team. In recognition of the exceptional customer care, we in turn take exceptional care of our team members.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Achieve and maintain quality assurance standards
- Take ownership during customer interactions and achieve first-call resolution outcomes
- Following up on customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner.
- Problem solving to help customer resolve issues on first call.
- Entering Data into various software programs.
- Participating in additional training courses as required.
- Performing other related duties and assignments as required by supervisor.

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to type minimum 25 words per minute.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
