Under the supervision of the team, you will be responsible for taking care of our members' requests according to the protocol established by LAR.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take orders from members and if needed, suggest alternative products.
- Listen to customers, analyze their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers on the status of their orders or requests.
- Take appropriate action to resolve problems effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Create and maintain a relationship with members.
- Provide quotes to members.
- Support our sales and field service teams.
- Act as an intermediary between suppliers and members to find the most effective solution.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS-Office suite.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales (call center experience would be an asset).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service (automotive field would be an asset).
- Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken (required).
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
