**Position Summary**

Take this opportunity to be part of an industry-leading Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team in Canada SolidCAD is seeking a talented and self-driven individual to work alongside SolidCAD’s PLM team to define, design, implement and integrate enterprise solutions for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
Communication
- Strong verbal communication skills, confidently able to provide guidance to customers and project managers.
- Able to clearly convey technical information to our Project Managers in order to achieve customers’ requirements and meet project deadlines.
- Strong documentation skills to convey design solutions, process discussions, reference & training materials.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentation slides incorporating technical and functional information.

Deliverables
- As a primary technical consultant, provide design, configuration and software programming of PLM projects.
- Work directly with customers to determine technical specifications related to programming and implementation.
- Develop Statement of Work (SOW) including summary of the solution design and documentation of requirements.
- Design intended workflows, diagrams and solution schematics.
- Creation of programmes inside and outside of PLM with the following languages: Java,.NET, HTTP or C++.
- Design and configure the PLM system based on specific customer needs, following the SOW.
- Planning, execution and support of User Acceptance and Testing (UAT).

Leadership and Vision
- Comfortable working directly with customers and a diverse group of employees at SolidCAD.
- Expertise in resolving customer problems with a positive attitude and a “can do” approach.
- Take part in Autodesk’s online courses to stay up to date with software features and functionalities.
- Complete any required learning activities for SolidCAD specialization requirements with Autodesk.

**About you...**

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in PLM implementation or administration skills.
- 3+ years of experience in creating custom programs, preferably with either: Java,.NET, C++ or C#
- 1+ years of experience in managing software development projects.

Must have experience:

- Implementation of a PLM system.
- Programming in a PLM system using Java scripts,.NET or a similar programming language.
- Administration of a PLM system.
- Knowledge of software API.

**Bonus points**
- Bilingual in French & English with French as the primary language.
- Knowledge of a Product Data Management (PDM) system.
- Knowledge of SaaS models and Cloud based-technology.
