**What to expect as your main responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the Project Manager’s main responsibilities are:

- Work closely with the technical and sales team to understand project scope and objectives
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, ensuring internal discussion and communications with customers
- Works in close collaboration with customer resources, Solution Architects and PLM consultant to ensure project execution as per mandate
- Controls project budget and resource availability
- Prepare project plans based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Work with the delivery manager to ensure project progress and reports creation
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan in waterfall or Agile methodology depending on requirements
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Uses best practice methodology to deliver projects on time and in budget
- Monitor progress, scope creep and make adjustments as needed
- In collaboration with Finance ensures that Purchase Orders are invoiced on a monthly basis
- Furthermore, as part of the services organization, your responsibilities can evolve into:

- Supporting other strategic projects in the Maya organization, both internal product development and customer projects.
- Enable and improve Maya’s project management methodology.
- Work with Maya leadership for overall services project visibility and governance.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- More than 2 years of experience in project management in IT or PLM delivering complex software solutions or products
- A bachelor or Master degree in information technology, project management, mechanical, software, electrical engineering or equivalent
- Experience delivering multiple projects using Agile or waterfall methodology, Scrum Master or PMP would be an asset
- Knowledge of PLM, IT, CAD, CAM is an asset.
- Experience in Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing related environment would be an asset
- You can work under mínimal supervision
- The Position requires strong interpersonal skills, ownership, communication skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Power Bi, Power Point, Excel and project management tools (MS projects, Jira, etc)
