In this position, you will be working out of our Equipment Division - **Oxford Builders Supplies Inc.**

**As a Rental Coordinator you will**:

- Assist contract negotiations, lease agreements, working with Legal regarding revisions
- Create all rental contracts, invoices, credits, returns & work orders
- Provide timely invoice backup for AP Invoices and submit purchase order requests
- Input information and accurately enter data using Microsoft Excel and other company software
- Manage Scaffold inventory - parts, components and ensure they have part numbers or bulk asset numbers setup
- Organize and maintain all project folders on OneDrive/SharePoint
- Assist in ensuring all equipment work orders are completed and entered in company billing software
- Responsible for duties of the Purchasing Coordinator and/or Office Administrator due to vacation schedule
- Create documentation such as client reports, presentations and proposals as required
- Proofread work for errors and make appropriate corrections as needed

**Is this role right for you?**
- A diploma or post-secondary in Administration or Accounting would be an asset
- You have two to four years of administrative experience
- You have a strong focus on customer service with a pleasant phone manner
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to always maintain a professional demeanor with fellow employees, clients, service providers and suppliers
