**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
As a NetSuite Administrator and Technical Support specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system while providing technical support to our internal teams. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes and help drive efficiency and productivity through effective NetSuite administration.
- Maintain and configure NetSuite ERP to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Create and manage custom fields, workflows, saved searches, and reports.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Train employees on how to effectively use NetSuite and troubleshoot common problems.
- Collaborate with external implementation partners for advanced technical support when necessary.
- Continuously identify areas for system improvement and automation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes.
- Optimize NetSuite configurations for improved efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain file cabinets and related documents.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Create and update user guides and training materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably in distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, customizations, and scripting (SuiteScript).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, etc.) a plus.
- French language proficiency is considered an asset.
