**Service Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
The Service Coordinator manages third party tech support partners’ accounts. Under the guidance of the Customer Care Manager, they will ensure compliance of insurance obligations and up-to-date training is complete. They will also be accountable to organize the training logistics.

**Responsibilities**
- “With great power comes great responsibility.” _
- The Service Coordinator will manage third party tech support partners’ accounts and will prepare and process customer reports and invoices.
- They will manage the technical support database. They will also be accountable to manage the Quality Control Report and update it for Quality Control monthly meetings.
- Provide coverage to the role of Service Parts Coordinator as required.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year experience in a customer relations role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Customer focus driven with excellent communication skills.
- Capable of working well with others both on the team and across the organization.
- Values diverse perspectives and working with others as a way to achieve the best output possible.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills plus the ability to multi task are essential
