**The team you'll be part of**
We are part of Core Networks - Policy team, we are even more focused on building our understanding and awareness of product aspects like Customer Features, Delivery, Performance/footprint, ease of use, robustness, security and the like. You will be the Policy Cluster lead for the Policy Development team and we are pragmatic in our approach & we believe that technologies should, at the end sub serve the cause of building great products. We try our best to look ahead and uncover opportunities.

**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience required. Master´s degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in Policy, Core, VoLTE, 4G/5G of Telecommunications Networks
- 10+ years of experience with Agile frameworks and techniques such as SAFe, Scrum, Lean Start-up and Continuous Delivery.
- 8+ years of experience in directly leading teams building Telecommunication Software products.
- 7+ years in handling Development teams in catering to customer demands, delivery, etc
- Experience with Cloud Native, Microservices, Containers and Virtualization Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm and Open Source Integration
