**The Opportunity (Toronto, Hybrid)**

Join our dynamic team as an Automations Specialist, where you'll focus on automating processes across operations, finance, and sales to drive maximum efficiency and elevate our revenue per FTE.

**Your Impact**:

- ** Process Mapping**: Identify and map out existing processes to pinpoint automation opportunities. Your keen eye for detail will help us streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- ** Automation Design**: Develop and implement automation solutions that align with our business goals. You will 10x our team, making the impossible possible with your automations.
- ** Tool Integration**: Seamlessly integrate various tools and platforms to create a cohesive automation system. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in this role.
- ** Opportunity Selection**:Weigh opportunities carefully then choose the right ones to focus on, ensuring that our automation efforts yield the highest returns. Your discerning judgment will guide us towards impactful projects.

**Your Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: You bring a track record of successful automation projects to the table, showcasing your ability to deliver tangible results.
- ** Technical Acumen**:Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with APIs and Zapier will be essential for developing and implementing automation solutions.
