**The Role**:
The **L&D CO-ORDINATOR **is a vital member of the Human Resources team and reports directly to the Director, Learning & Development.

This position is critical to the execution of the overall Learning & Talent strategy at MDA and will be responsible for implementing, administering and maintaining the standard operating practices and processes associated with the **HRMS Learning Management System (LMS) **and various learning & development programs.

The individual in this position will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the **HRMS Learning Management System (LMS) **and supporting various learning and development programs. The L&D Co-ordinator will be responsible for addressing process efficiencies to ensure consistent quality practices to enable online delivery and access to training programs company-wide.

Ongoing goals will be to provide support to the HR team and LMS content administrators to enable them to upload training content to the LMS, addressing general inquiries, trouble-shooting system issues, overall administration, configuration, tracking, report generation, communication of features, upgrades and improvements to HRMS Learning Management System.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partners with the Director, Learning & Development, Sr. L&D Partner, Sr. HRMS Analyst and HRBP team to ensure consistent understanding of guidelines and processes associated with HRMS Learning Management System (LMS).
- Supports the development of training materials for the LMS and other processes or practices associated with HR Learning & Development.
- Supports future enhancements to the LMS and associated practices / processes.
- Maintains the configuration of the HRMS LMS ensuring data integrity, efficiency and consistent processes.
- Build and prepares reports and dashboards regarding LMS and other learning & development programs.
- Conducts the review, testing, and implementation of HRMS LMS and other associated learning and development programs, processes, new features and enhancements.
- Actively involved in various HR team initiatives and projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- The ideal incumbent will have 2 years of experience working with an HRMS System with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of Human Resources experience, with proficiency across one or more key areas of HR, such as Learning & Development, Talent or/ Organizational Development (OD).
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously as a member of a high performing team
- Solid skills building presentations using Powerpoint or other similar tools.
- Good analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with peers and stakeholders
- High motivation with a proven ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
