Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The Treatment Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating patient care and treatment plans, ensuring a smooth and efficient healthcare delivery process.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records systems
- Communicate treatment options, procedures, and financial information to patients
- Assist in supervising and training staff members on treatment coordination processes
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance verification

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, medical office, or dental office
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks as needed
- Experience in supervising or leading teams is preferred
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week
