We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Wholesale Team as our **Sales Operations Coordinator.** You will be successful in this position if you thrive in fast-paced environments, are able to think outside the box to complete a task and can develop excellent customer relations.

**THE DETAILS**:
**You'll be joining our EQ3 Head Office team at 70 Lexington Park, Winnipeg, MB in a full-time capacity.**
- You'll increase sales through operational efficiencies, sales initiatives, and business development coordination.
- You'll adapt and distribute Wholesale marketing calendar based on the EQ3 general marketing calendar
- You'll partner with internal departments to coordinate successful introduction of new product developments including communication of timelines, milestones and product launch
- You'll analyze and report on sales data to identify trends and provide key insights to Account and Sales Representatives
- You'll develop sound operational process to support the order management for all Wholesale orders
- You'll partner with EQ3's logistics and production teams to ensure account expectations and delivery commitments are fulfilled and efficient
- You'll oversee communications with Account and Sales Representatives regarding order questions and product information
- You'll travel to North Carolina twice a year for High Point Market set up, sales meetings and show (10 nights per Market), coordinate EQ3 gallery set up at High Point Market
- You'll provide support to the EQ3 Wholesale team including Chief Merchandising Officer, Sales Manager, Account Representatives, Order Administrators, and Sales Representatives.
- Other duties as assigned

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a related costumer service/account representative position. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Expertise knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Proficiency in various operating systems such as AS400, CPQ, EDI are a plus
- Comfortable learning various software
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Extensive experience multi-tasking customer service, administrative, and analytic priorities
- Basic project management skills, comfortable delivering multi-faceted work and projects
- Able to take projects from start to finish with limited supervision
- Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables and feedback
