As our business continues to grow, we are now seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to our company's success.
**About the Role**
The **Sales Coordinator **is a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing administrative and customer service support, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relations. The Sales Coordinator's main duties include scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, processing sales transactions, and coordinating deliveries. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer service mindset, we want to hear from you.
**About the Responsibilities**
- Support the sales team's activities.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Provide after-sales support when requested.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
