Kingston, Canada Frontenac Property Management Full time

Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner to meet monthly deadlines
Rent collection and accounts receivable including follow up on overdue accounts
Preparation and reconciliation of deposits and electronic payments
Account reconciliations (bank, credit card)
Create tenant rent receipts on request
Account set up for new management clients
Communication with tenants and property owners

Bookkeeping / Accounting experience with a small / medium sized company;
Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
Possess strong mathematical skills and understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles;
Experience with QuickBooks software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Dropbox
Self-starter with experience working independently and in a collaborative environment;
Superior organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask among competing demands
Meticulous attention to detail
Team player
Experience working independently and in a collaborative environment;
Ability to anticipate needs within the accounting cycle and manage competing priorities
This is a full time position (40hr per week) Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
