- Deliver an exceptional sales experience from the first point of contact
- Manage leads and provide quotes to prospective clients in a timely manner
- Shop our extensive market options to find the best coverage at competitive rates
- Identify cross sell opportunities to assist clients with all their insurance needs
- Prioritize building a quality book of business and maintain good retention ratios
- Recommend coverages based on individual customer needs
- Identify and cater to clients’ changing insurance demands
- Follow underwriting guidelines set out by our broker partners

**You'll fit in with the best brokers in the business with these qualifications**:

- 2+ years as an insurance sales producer
- OTL or RIBO Licensed. LLQP License is an asset.
- College diploma or University degree in any discipline is highly preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in at least one other language will be an advantage.

**Please note that all applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.**

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
