We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and reliable Life Insurance Sales Producer to help grow our insurance portfolio. We are a tight-knit, diverse and inclusive team who enjoy working hard and love to play harder. **What You’ll be Doing**:
~ Deliver an exceptional sales experience from the first point of contact
~ Generate new business through existing networks and Centers of Influence.
~ Manage leads and provide quotes to prospective clients in a timely manner
~ Shop our extensive market options to find the best coverage at competitive rates
~ Identify cross sell opportunities to assist clients with all their insurance needs
~ Identify and solve our clients’ changing insurance demands.
~ Prioritize building a quality book of business and maintain good retention ratios
~ Review quotes and recommend coverages based on client needs
~ Identify and cater to clients’ changing insurance demands
~ Follow underwriting guidelines set out by our broker partners

**You'll fit in with the best brokers in the business with these qualifications**:

- LLQP licensed and in good standing.
- RIBO or Mutual Funds License is an asset
- 3+ years’ experience as a Life Insurance Sales Broker/Producer
- College diploma or University degree in any discipline is highly desired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to converse in a second language is an asset.
