**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the general operation, taking leadership and ownership of the store.
- Adhere to Freshslice manuals, guidelines and forms to maintain the Freshslice standards in both Food Quality and Customer Service.
- Managing and controlling food, discount, paper and chemical cost at 40%; labor cost at 23% in adherence to Freshslice guidelines (+/- 2%)..
- Meet sales target (incentive bonus). Develop, adjust and monitor local & digital marketing and promotional campaigns of the store to drive sales and meet targets
- Ensure our store is promoted in all the schools within 5 km radius. Ensure the store is promoted in all the government public organization, private companies and local events & push average sales up.
- Manage, resolve and/or escalate equipment and operational issues.
- Delegating, assigning and quality checking of weekly/monthly tasks to staff.
- Lead by example in providing excellent guest journey and customer experience.
- Training, development, supervision and periodic evaluation of team members. Provide leadership and motivation to staff to achieve SMART goals.
- Managing inventorying including ordering, organizing, labelling and adhering to FIFO guidelines.
- Prioritize the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including dining areas, washroom, and food preparation areas.
- Follow all food safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and staff

**Requirements**:

- Have at least two (2) years of restaurant (preferably pizza restaurant) management experience.
- 1 Year Experience working in Freshslice as a 4-Star staff, Shift Runner or Assistant Manager preferred.
- Hands on experience & expertise of making pizzas and mastery understanding of menu and store promotions.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills in motivating and elevating team members.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Possess strong supervisory, organizational and time management skills.
- Full Availability to work minimum 40 hours/week and be committed to the operational and training system
- Food Safety Certification.
- Full schedule flexibility to work according to the scheduling needs of the store.
- Preferably reside within 30 minutes from the restaurant
- Experience in Staff Scheduling and Inventory Management.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English is a must.
- Very positive can-do attitude with a growth mindset
- Act as an Entrepreneur and take accountability, leadership and ownership of store operation.
- Own a reliable car (highly preferable; not required).

**Bonuses**:

- If you introduce someone & they end up buying full Area, State or Province as a Master Franchisee, you earn a **$50,000** referral bonus.
- If you introduce someone & they end up buying full single store Franchise, you earn a **$10,000** referral bonus.
- If you introduce someone & they end up getting **Hired** on our payroll as Director of Franchise Sales, you earn **$5,000** referral bonus. They will get 100K Salary + 100K+ Bonus. They must be full time, exclusive & live in the area.
- You will receive a **$1,000** bonus for each successful location you find.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
