Dynamic Machine Corporation of Winnipeg, Manitoba is a modern industrial manufacturing, repair and supply company with a fully-equipped machine shop capable of dealing with projects of any size. Since 1970 Dynamic Machine has been serving national and international clients both by building and repairing all types of custom and general production machinery and by selling, servicing and repairing all brands of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Representative for our Compressed Air/Nitrogen Division to cover Winnipeg and rural Manitoba. The position reports to the Sales Manager of Dynamic Machine Corporation and is based in Winnipeg (MB).
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maximize sales of all available Compressed Air/Nitrogen products to our current and new customers through relentless sale prospecting activities focused towards the assigned market.
- Ensure that related sales targets are met in terms of unit sales and revenue generation while giving due attention to highest price realization.
- Increase market share in the assigned territory through an efficient sales process and increased market coverage.
- Ensure proper & professional follow-up of customers/prospects.
- Promote the latest compressed air/nitrogen concepts throughout the assigned territory, develop and extend the existing customer base as well as identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and present sales quotations to customers, as well as processing customer orders.
- Promote Dynamic Machine Corp. Core value of Professionalism and Commitment in the market place.
- Ensure an excellent working relationship with the peers and colleagues.
- Overnight travel will be required
**Experience Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in selling industrial equipment, ideally compressed air equipment.
- Strong ability to close orders.
- Good understanding and experience on sales territory management and its actual implementation.
**Knowledge/Educational Requirements**
- Engineering degree (preferable) or equivalent gained from education and experience
**Personality requirement**
- A proven self-starter & a team player who requires minimum supervision and can coordinate efforts to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make technical presentations
- Computer literate (Full suite of Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
