As an analyst on the Segregation and Buy-ins team in the National Bank Financial Markets Operations family, you will work in a stimulating environment focused on collaboration and innovation. This job will allow you to contribute to the organization’s performance and develop strong links with our internal and external partners.

**Your job**:

- Ensure our clients' fully paid securities are segregated to keep them separate from other securities
- Carry out daily analysis of segregation deficiencies and remedy them within the regulatory deadlines
- Manage all buy-ins for Canadian and U.S. brokers
- Issue notices of redemption in a timely manner and complete redemptions within prescribed time frames
- Work closely with key partners to ensure operational and regulatory standards are met

**Prerequisites**
- Completed three-year college diploma or academic equivalent and four years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong interest in regulation, securities and capital markets
- Knowledge of applicable regulations, an asset
- Proficiency with ISM tools (OSS), MAX/Arrow, AS400, CDS, and DTC, an asset
- A self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
