**Position**: Business Data Analyst

**Location**: Baie D’Urfe, Quebec

**What you will do**:

- Perform data analysis and build reports for various departments across the company including but not limited to: Inventory, Supply Chain, Logistics, Traffic, Service, and Operations.
- Communicate and present data in an efficient manner to be used for decision making by key stakeholders.
- Assist in ensuring proper ERP data is being maintained to support purchasing software and reporting tools.
- Assist the Corporate Inventory Analyst in special projects, as needed.

**What we are looking for**:

- A degree related to Statistics, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Purchasing;
- Experience in an analyst role in a distribution or manufacturing environment considered an asset
- Must be very proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and be comfortable working with large amounts of data from multiple sources to build reports using advanced Excel functions;
- Previous experience with Oracle JD Edwards or similar ERP software would be an asset;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Strong knowledge of Math and statistics
- Good business acumen
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Must be self-sufficient, reliable and autonomous;
- Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
- Bilingual.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Faire l’analyse des données et construire des rapports pour les divers départements de l’entreprise comprenant mais ne se limitant pas à: les inventaires, la chaine d’approvisionnement, la logistique, les échanges, le service et les opérations.
- Communiquer et présenter les données de manière à les rendre propices à une prise de décision par les principaux intervenants aux dossiers.
- Aider à s’assurer que les données concernant la planification des ressources de l’entreprise soient tenues à jour afin alimenter le programme d’achats et les outils de confection des rapports.
- Porter assistance à l’analyste des inventaires de l’entreprise lors de projets spéciaux, tel que requis.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Un détenteur de diplôme dans le domaine des statistiques, la gestion des inventaires, une chaine d’approvisionnement ou des achats;
- Experience dans un role d' analyste dans le domaine de la distribution ou de la fabrication serait considéré comme étant un atout;
- Doit avoir une bonne connaissance de la Suite Microsoft Office Suite et pouvoir travailler à l’aise avec de grandes quantités de données provenant de sources multiples pour concevoir des rapports en utilisant les fonctions avancées d’Excel;
- De l’expérience antérieure avec JD Edwards d’Oracle ou un logiciel semblable de planification des ressources de l’entreprise serait un atout;
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes analytiques;
- Avoir de bonnes connaissances en mathématiques et en statistiques;
- Posséder un bon sens des affaires;
- Porter une grande attention aux détails et être d’une grand exactitude;
- Doit être auto-suffisant, fiable et autonome;
- Disposer d’excellentes aptitudes en communication (écrit/verbal) et dans les relations interpersonnelles;
- Posséder un sens de l’organisation et du suivi démontré;
- Avoir la faculté confirmée de travailler dans un environnement fébrile et dynamique;
- Être bilingue.
