**Overview**

As a **Renewal Specialist Co-op Student** at Solace, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer success and sales teams and revenue team in creating and managing renewal quotes and maintaining renewal database. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience in the technology sector, specifically in the areas of customer relationship management and business operations.

**In This Role, You Will.**
- Assist with day-to-day annual subscription billing renewal process, including quote related activities
- Help maintain accurate recurring revenue (subscription) database for a growing customer base
- Provide support to other members of the Revenue team
- Work on special projects
- Ad hoc duties as required

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**
- Basic accounting knowledge;
- Some Microsoft Excel experience;
- High attention to accuracy and detail in working processes and reports;
- History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment;
- Friendly and able to work with staff across all departments;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
